“While 2018 was an amazing year for our scene, we plan to kick off 2019 with style! The Loud Mouth is bringing together the best Poets from this past season to compete in one of our Grand Slam Championship!

Instead of a cash prize, our poets will be battling it out for the opportunity to represent the Loud Mouth throughout the year in various local, regional, and possible National style competitions! These individuals will come together to write group pieces, workshop, and hone their craft to become the best representative team possible!

Along with our Top Poets fighting for one of the 5 spots on the team, we are excited to also welcome a special feature performer joining us from Houston! Our featured poet for the night will be Erica Nicole!”
